Hi, I’m Ashli.
Morphos Homes began during a season of life when everything felt uncertain. After several years in the financial industry, I found myself stepping away from a career I had worked hard to build due to health challenges after the birth of my daughter. The path ahead looked very different than I had imagined — and like many people, I was forced to rethink what “support” and “success” really meant.
When a friend invited me to help her clean homes, I didn’t realize how deeply that work would resonate with me. What started as a way to return to work became something much more meaningful. I saw firsthand how a clean, cared-for space could bring clarity, relief, and breathing room back into people’s lives.
I have juggled single motherhood, full-time work, and school — and learned that even small forms of support can make an enormous difference. That experience shaped everything Morphos Homes has become.
Today, Morphos Homes is a growing home care company with a dedicated team serving Missoula and the surrounding communities. With three daughters, a puppy, and a business built on care and intention, I feel deeply grounded — and deeply aware that everyone’s circumstances are different. Wherever someone is in their life, they deserve empathy, respect, and support.
There is clarity in a well-cared-for home. And there is power in not having to do it all alone.
Our approach
While professional cleaning remains at the heart of what we do, Morphos Homes has grown into a broader vision of home care. We now support clients through ongoing home services management and concierge support — helping homes function smoothly and intentionally over time.
Our work is rooted in trust, professionalism, and attention to detail. Whether we are cleaning, coordinating services, or supporting the day-to-day needs that keep a household running, our goal is always the same: to help your home support your life, not complicate it.
For cleaning: We use a simple, effective three-ingredient cleaner (and science) that is safe for humans, pets, and the environment. All cleaning supplies are provided with each service. If you have preferred products or specific sensitivities, we are always happy to accommodate.

I am the owner of Morphos Homes and have developed a passion for transforming spaces and helping people. I have always been a more "messy" person but realize the mental relief of a clean and organized space. I have three young girls and my B.A. in Psychology. I love to run, kickbox, hike and do puzzles in my free time.

Im originally from Augusta Georgia and have lived in Missoula the past 2 1/2 years for school. I’m a junior at UM studying journalism where I also design for the student paper. I absolute love to clean and it’s so satisfying being able to instantly have a space look it’s best! I love to listen to music and true crime podcasts and documentaries. I also love taking pictures and hiking!

I am a busy mom of four kids and a dog that thinks she’s one of the human kids.
I love being outdoors, so in my free time I can be found at the park with the dog and baby, camping, or out on the lake with the family!
With a house as full as ours, I’ve learned how important (and difficult) it is to maintain an organized, clean space for everyone to enjoy! I am so excited to be able to help others create an environment for the entire family to thrive in and appreciate!

I have a diverse work background that includes a Marketing degree, office management and farm/garden nursery work. I have learned so much over the years, but I really enjoy helping improve people's lives by cleaning. It brings me satisfaction to look at a space that I've cleaned and know that I've helped someone. Working with Morphos Homes also allows me the time and flexibility to homeschool my daughter, which is another passion of mine.

I’m a university student in my undergrad! My majors are Environmental Science and Sustainability, along with a certificate in GIS! My minors are Climate Change Studies and Ecological restoration! I love to be outside and see the world. I love cleaning and this job is relaxing for me :)

I’ve lived in Missoula for about two years and it’s been the best years yet! I have been a housekeeper for the entirety of living here and it has become a passion I never knew I’d have. I love to clean, especially places that need some elbow grease! There’s nothing more satisfying than seeing a home completely revitalized - the dirtier the better!
