Service information and policies

The following information outlines what you can expect from our residential cleaning services, along with our general policies. By scheduling or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Scope of Services
Our standard residential cleaning includes:
Kitchen
Wipe down surfaces and countertops
Clean exterior of appliances
Clean inside microwave
Spot clean cabinet fronts
Bathrooms
Detailed cleaning of sinks, countertops, mirrors
Toilets (inside and out)
Showers and tubs
Fixtures and hardware
Trash cans
Living Areas & Bedrooms
General dusting of surfaces
Mirrors (as applicable)
Floors throughout home (vacuum and/or mop)
We focus on maintaining a clean, healthy, and comfortable living space. This is a maintenance clean, not a deep clean.
Additional tasks may be completed based on individual home needs and time available, as agreed upon.
Cleaning Supplies & Equipment
We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
We use products that are environmentally conscious and effective.
If you prefer specific products or equipment, we are happy to use those upon request.
Scheduling
We aim to maintain a consistent schedule and, when possible, assign the same cleaner to your home.
Due to scheduling changes, illness, or other circumstances, this may not always be possible.
We appreciate flexibility on both sides when scheduling adjustments are needed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
There is no cancellation fee or contract term.
We understand that life happens, and we appreciate the same understanding in return.
Communication
We use Jobber, our client communication system, to keep everything running smoothly.
You will receive text and email appointment reminders and notifications when we are on our way.
Jobber includes a two-way messaging feature, which is the primary method of communication between clients and our team.
Messages sent through Jobber are visible by all team members.

We do our best to respond promptly during business hours.
It is against company policy for employees to provide their personal phone numbers. Please use the means above to contact us.
Payment Terms
Current Missoula rate: $50/hour
Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted payment methods: Electronic paid via invoice (bank transfer or card), cash, check made out to Morphos Homes.
Autopay options may be saved for convenience.
Failure to remit payment may result in a pause of services until the account is brought current.
Property Condition & Wear
We take great care in your home. However:
We are not responsible for issues related to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
Loose or aging fixtures (e.g., faucets, handles)
Deteriorating grout or caulking
Pre-existing damage or fragile materials
Certain materials naturally become more fragile over time. For example:
Sliding glass shower doors may shatter due to age, prior damage, installation issues, or structural stress.
Grout loses its seal
If an issue like this occurs:
We will communicate promptly and assist in navigating next steps where possible,
However, repair or replacement is not the responsibility of our company.
Damages
While rare, if damage occurs as a direct result of our cleaning:
Please report within 24 hours of service.
We will assess the situation and determine appropriate next steps to remidy.
Pets & Home Safety
We LOVE pets and are happy to work in homes with them. For everyone’s safety:
Pets should be secured or manageable during cleaning visits if they may be anxious, reactive, or protective.
If a pet displays behavior that poses a risk (e.g., aggression, repeated interference, or inability to safely work), we may need to modify or stop the service.
Clients are responsible for:
Informing us of any pets in the home
Notifying us of any behavioral concerns or special instructions
Right to Refuse or Pause Service
We reserve the right to refuse, decline, or discontinue service at any time if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside the scope of standard residential cleaning.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Biohazards (bodily fluids, human or animal waste beyond typical household levels)
Pest infestations
Mold, hoarding conditions, or excessive buildup requiring specialized cleaning
Unsafe environments (structural concerns, exposed hazards, aggressive animals, etc.)
If such conditions are identified:
We will communicate clearly with the client, and
May recommend alternative services or adjustments before continuing
Any time spent on-site prior to discontinuation may still be billable.
Delays & Access
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including:
Weather
Illness
Emergencies
Inaccessible homes
Please ensure we have safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled time.
Independent Contractor Status
Morphos Homes LLC operates as an independent service provider and is not an employee of the client.
Insurance
We are a licensed and insured business, and we carry appropriate coverage for our operations.
Changes to Services or Policies
We may update these policies from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
