Residential Cleaning Services

Each service is tailored to your space and your needs. Typical residential cleaning supports all living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms, with attention to frequently used surfaces and overall presentation.
We begin with an in-person consultation to understand your space and priorities. Clients may choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or a monthly service. Most cleans are completed by one cleaner, though we occasionally team up!
For properties located more than 10 miles from our office, a mileage fee of $2 per mile applies.
$51/Hour - no minimums, no cancellation fees. Life happens.
Vacation Rental Turn-Over Cleaning
Vacation rental owners rely on consistency, reliability, and attention to detail to create great guest experiences. Our turnover cleaning services ensure your property is clean, welcoming, and guest-ready between stays.
Vacation rental cleaning includes all elements of a residential clean plus linens, with an added focus on presentation and readiness.
We coordinate cleanings around your guest schedule. Same-day turnovers can be accommodated and are discussed during the initial consultation to set clear expectations.
Pricing is fixed per clean and quoted after a walkthrough.
Guest Concierge Add-On
To further elevate the guest experience, Morphos Homes offers optional Guest Concierge Services for vacation rental stays. These services are coordinated separately from cleaning and may include:
Restaurant or activity reservations
Welcome basket coordination
Stocked fridge coordination
Flowers or special occasion setups
Pet care coordination and MORE
This offering allows property owners and managers to provide a higher level of care and personalization without increasing their own workload.
Pricing is per service + cost of supplies.
Home Services management
Homeownership involves more than cleaning — it requires ongoing attention, planning, and coordination. Our Home Services Management offering is designed to remove the mental load of maintaining a home over time.
This service includes professional coordination of licensed annual home inspections, maintenance planning, contractor scheduling/coordination/meetings, service tracking, and documentation. We act as a single point of contact, ensuring your home is cared for proactively and intentionally.
This is ideal for busy homeowners, second-home owners, and those who want peace of mind knowing nothing is being overlooked.
Starts at $250/Month. Annually contracted service.
Personal Concierge Services
Personal Concierge Services
Our Personal Concierge Services provide practical, day-to-day support that helps life run more smoothly. This service is offered separately from cleaning and home services management and can be customized to fit your needs.
Concierge support may include errands, household and pet care coordination, restocking essentials, vehicle service scheduling, gift sourcing, aging-in-place support, home check-ins while away, and preparation for arrivals or returns.
This offering is especially valuable for busy families, professionals, aging clients, and second-home owners who want trusted, ongoing support.
$375/month for five hours of support. $75/hour additional support.
